Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time from your bank or card provider may vary.
Before sending anything back, contact contact@blendedgenres.co with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Do not send a return without contacting Blended Genres first.
